Simply point the integral folder manager at the top level folder that either contains your PDF files, or contains many levels of subfolders that in turn contain PDF Ffiles, and then point the output folder manager at your destination top level folder and PDF2TIFF will convert every PDF file it finds to TIFF group iv and will replicate the entire input folder structure in the top level output folder.
